There is a California-based Salsa Rueda Festival happening in San Francisco in February of 2019. It's going on its 11th year of doing this Congress. I have been to this festival 9 years in a row and it was always such a good time. I learned so much form the workshops. It's like a big huge reunion of dancing friends.
