Greetings Casineros y Amigos!
We are making this a monthly tradition to have una noche de timba where Cuban music lovers come and meet other Cuban music fans to dance to the music that casineros love to hear and it is welcomed here as well. It's a timba night with some son, Cuban chachacha and Cuban reggaeton in the mix. Come make some new friends and have some drinks with us, dine with us. We are a friendly family group of Cuban dancers passionate about keeping this wonderful music alive and thriving!
If you like R&B or funk, imagine that in salsa with more percussion in the music. We're a happy bunch of folks dancing and singing along to the music. It's not your regular salsa venue. We get down with the music. Did we peak your curiosity? Come check it out! You can even join us when we do the Cuban salsa suelta (Cuban line dancing)! So much fun!!!

Rueda! Set! GO! Meet Up at Balboa Park for December Nights - Sat. Dec 2nd
Greetings Everyone!
Casineros have been asking for this in San Diego! In an effort to celebrate the Holidays and get our rueda on in a fun way, we are meeting up for a Random Acts of Cuban Dancing Progressive Rueda Meet-Up. Balboa Park is doing their Annual December Nights at the Park. It's filled with people and booths and a perfect place to dance before , during and maybe after, where ever there is a grassy area to do a rueda or dance casino. This time we are adding a "Pokemon Go" feature to this activity. We are starting the meet-up at the Veterans Museum Memorial Garden where there will be parking and a good space to dance. Then we will start at the Fleet Science Center to meet up and find some grass to do our next "Rueda Set Go!" Flash Mob and post the next place to meet and when to meet on Baila Cubano San Diego, Inc Group Page. Make sure to bring a fully charged cell phone with access to Google Maps and Facebook, you will need it. It's going to be packed with people, so we will send you the latitude/longitude coordinates that you can follow on your Google Map to walk where we are. If you are directionally-challenged, bring someone who is not to help you find your way to us.
Ruedy?!!
