Closing Night Party for SD Latino Film Festival at Bread & Salt - Sat. March 24th

Hello Mi Gente!!

This is the time to show your support for timba music and casino. We needs all hands on deck for this event! Come support the grassroots effort from DJ Saul Timba who has been trying to get a timba dj gig out there to the masses. This  event will be a combination crowd of salsero and casineros. 

I ask you personally for your support to be there to dance and participate in our ruedas and dancing casino AND invite salseros to dance. Show the friendly side of our timba loving community. I will help you all with learning the lyrics for some of the music DJ Saul timba will play. One of the best parts of our dance community is that we know the music, even down to the choro (chorus) in the lyrics. We sing them LOUD when we dance! That's how much we LOVE timba! Let's get out there and sing as we dance.

Join us as we close the film festival with a bang on honor Latino films, actresses, and filmmakers! To be held at San Diego’s one-of-a-kind Bread & Salt art gallery/studio, and event space in Logan Heights. We’re rolling out the red carpet in celebration of the talent, passion, and achievements of Latina filmmakers y Cine Mujer! Live music, appetizers, drinks, Djs, auction, fashion, guest celebrities y mas! Plus, best dressed wins a Festival Pass to next year’s 2019 San Diego Latino Film Festival!
