Tim Snedeker and I (Maritza Baida) are teaming up to teach a 6-week rueda de casino class in Kearny Mesa beginning this Wednesday, July 23rd.
- Learn footwork drills to timba music (Cuban salsa music) for dance endurance & muscle memory
- Cuban body movement and isolation exercises for styling
- Musicality to train the ear to find the clave [clah-vey] beat so your footwork matches the music.
- Learn fun rueda moves that can be applied to social one-on-one salsa dancing.
- TWO for the price of ONE! TWO rueda instructors to help you on your Cuban salsa dancing journey.
