Casino on Astroturf at Solana Beach - Sat Jan 12th

The first of the new year and it's going to happen. No cancellations unless it really does rain. Dress in layers in case it is still cold outside. Come get together San Diego style and dance on the beachside of San Diego's beautiful ocean fronts, Solana Beach, where they don't have an amplified music restriction by the city. 

When: Saturday, January 12, 2013 from 3:30-5:30pm

Come watch the sun go down as we dance together. I am throwing in some structure to this event just to see if it will bring more people to dance with us. To meet the needs of the intermediate/advanced casineros, I'll be sharing 3 new moves or ones that we all just forgot! There are so many, right??

Come learn 3 new/forgotten moves you can do for rueda and/or casino 1-on-1.
January's highlighted moves are:
1. Echufla con ronde (beginner move for kicks and giggles)
2. Enchufla y Casate con la hermana, la abuela, la prima, la suegra, tu madre: response "la tuya" (intermediate move)
3.Setenta Moderna from Seattle (advanced)
The "show-share-teach" a.k.a. SST will be at 4pm.

No charge, totally free but please bring a snack dish to share with everyone, chips, salsa, brownies, edename, veggies, crackers, hummus, drinks etc. These are just ideas.

We'll be at Fletcher Cove Beach Park. The exit from the I-5 is Lomas Santa Fe, then go west, towards the beach, all the way until it end. You'll run right into it. Find any side parking and come join us on the astroturf area over looking the ocean!
